Ordering flowers
How do I order fresh flowers?
Choose a bouquet, pick your delivery date and add a gift message on the bouquet page, then complete checkout. You can also order by messaging us on WhatsApp.
Can I send flowers to someone in Quetta from another city or abroad?
Yes. If you are ordering from abroad, message us on WhatsApp at +92 313 7777246 before placing your order to arrange payment. Enter the recipient’s Quetta delivery address at checkout, and add their name and phone number on the bouquet page so our rider can reach them.
Can I order flowers for myself?
Of course. Choose “Myself” on the bouquet page. Recipient details are optional.
How far in advance should I order?
We recommend ordering at least 24–48 hours before you need the flowers. Last-minute orders depend on availability, so message us to check. For busy occasions such as Valentine’s Day, order as early as you can.
Will my bouquet look exactly like the photo?
Every bouquet is hand-tied to order. Red roses are available every day; other flowers depend on the season, so some blooms may vary.
Can I add a gift message?
Yes. Add your message on the bouquet page before you add it to your cart.
Delivery
Where do you deliver fresh flowers?
Fresh flowers are delivered in Quetta only, within 18 km of our shop on Alamdar Road. We don’t deliver fresh flowers to other cities.
How much is flower delivery?
Delivery in Quetta is PKR 500, with a minimum order of PKR 1,000.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Same-day delivery may be available in Quetta. Please message us to confirm before you order.
Can I choose a delivery time?
You can add a preferred time on the bouquet page. If your timing is important, message us before you order.
Do you deliver wedding essentials outside Quetta?
Yes. Nikah and wedding essentials are delivered across Pakistan, usually within 3–5 business days after dispatch. Shipping is shown at checkout.
Payment
How can I pay?
We accept Bank Deposit, Easypaisa and JazzCash. Choose your payment method at checkout and follow the payment instructions. Card payments and Cash on Delivery are not available.
Issues and returns
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Damaged, incorrect or missing items? Contact us on WhatsApp at +92 313 7777246 with your order number, clear photos and a description of the problem. Report fresh flower issues within 1 hour of delivery, and wedding essentials or artificial floral issues within 48 hours. We review complaints within 48 hours. For confirmed issues, we offer a replacement first, or a refund if a replacement is unavailable.
Can I return an order if I change my mind?
We don’t accept change-of-mind returns. Our refund policy has the full details.
Weddings and events
Do you decorate weddings and events?
Yes. Our florists and artisans style Nikah, Mehndi, Dholki and other celebrations across Quetta. Message us to talk about your event.
Do you make artificial gajray and Nikah accessories?
Yes. We make artificial floral gajray, Imam Zamin, personalised Nikah Nama frames and other wedding essentials.
